Document Acceptance. The Company may, at its sole discretion opt for notional acceptance of documents required online, or acceptance of pages that require signatures via fax or e-mail, and permit making transactions, if Customer deposited adequate amount to the Account.

Document Acceptance. Consultant shall prepare all documents as required in this PA and in the WOC. When draft documents are required by Agency, Consultant, for each document prepared and as outlined specifically in the WOC, shall submit a draft for Agency review and comment and will then be expected to finalize the document, incorporating or addressing the comments of Agency. Draft deliverables shall be assumed to be developed to 90% or better of a final deliverable product unless otherwise specified in the WOC. When draft documents are required by Agency as interim deliverables, Consultant shall prepare each document as outlined in the WOC and shall submit the draft document to Agency for review and comment. Consultant, upon receipt of Agency’s review comments, shall finalize the document, incorporating or addressing the comments.
