The DOCKING OR UNDOCKING clause defines the procedures and responsibilities related to the arrival (docking) and departure (undocking) of a vessel at a port or facility. It typically outlines which party is responsible for arranging and paying for tugboats, pilots, and other necessary services, as well as the timing and coordination required to safely maneuver the vessel. Rates for locations in the vicinity of the Port of New York and New Jersey, other than those set forth below, will be furnished upon request.
