Dock Parcel. As of the date of this Agreement, the Company is listed as the record owner of the Dock Parcel pursuant to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County, Indiana GIS records. Prior to the Closing, Seller and the Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the County to rectify its GIS records so that the Company shall not be reflected as a current or past owner of the Dock Parcel.
