Common use of D&O Questionnaires Clause in Contracts

D&O Questionnaires. All information contained in the questionnaires (“Questionnaires”) completed by each of the Company’s officers, directors and stockholders (“Insiders”) and provided to the Representative and its counsel and the biographies of the Insiders contained in the Registration Statement, Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus (to the extent a biography is contained) is true and correct and the Company has not become aware of any information which would cause the information disclosed in the Questionnaires completed by each Insider to become inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete.

D&O Questionnaires. All information contained in the questionnaires (“Questionnaires”) completed by each of the Company’s officers, directors and stockholders shareholders (“Insiders”) and provided to the Representative and its counsel and the biographies of the Insiders contained in the Registration Statement, Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus (to the extent a biography is contained) is true and correct and the Company has not become aware of any information which would cause the information disclosed in the Questionnaires completed by each Insider to become inaccurate, incorrect or incomplete.

D&O Questionnaires. All To the Company’s knowledge, all information contained in the questionnaires (the “Questionnaires”) completed by each of the Company’s officers, directors and stockholders officers prior to the Offering (the “Insiders”) and as well as in the Lock-up Agreement in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A provided to the Representative and its counsel and the biographies of the Insiders contained in the Registration Statement, Statutory Prospectus and the Prospectus (to the extent a biography is contained) is true and correct in all respects and the Company has not become aware of any information which would cause the information disclosed in the Questionnaires completed by each Insider to become inaccurate, incorrect or incompleteinaccurate and incorrect.

All information contained in the questionnaires (the “Questionnaires”) completed by each of the Company’s officers, directors and stockholders officers immediately prior to the Offering (the “Insiders”) and provided to the Representative and its counsel and the biographies of as supplemented by all information concerning the Insiders contained as described in the Registration Statement, Statutory Prospectus the Pricing Disclosure Package and the Prospectus (provided to the extent a biography is contained) Underwriters, is true and correct in all material respects and the Company has not become aware of any information which would cause the information disclosed in the Questionnaires completed by each Insider to become inaccurate, incorrect or incompletematerially inaccurate and incorrect.
