DMF Reference Right. XOMA hereby grants Takeda a right of reference to any Drug Master File or similar filing that XOMA may make relating to a [*] for any Collaboration Product and upon request shall provide a letter of access to such filing allowing regulatory review of such filing by the FDA in conjunction with Takeda’s submissions to the FDA with respect to such Collaboration Product.
