DMC Logo Sample Clauses

The DMC Logo clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the use of the DMC (presumably a company or organization's) logo. Typically, this clause outlines who is authorized to use the logo, under what circumstances, and any requirements for approval or compliance with brand guidelines. For example, it may specify that the logo can only be used in marketing materials with prior written consent or must adhere to certain size and color specifications. The core function of this clause is to protect the integrity and reputation of the DMC brand by controlling how and where its logo is displayed, thereby preventing unauthorized or inappropriate use.
