DLJ Contribution Sample Clauses

DLJ Contribution. DLJ Guarantor hereby agrees, for the benefit of all of the other parties to this Agreement, that at the Closing, upon the terms and subject to the conditions set forth in this Agreement, DLJ Guarantor shall make (or arrange to be made) a payment of Fifty-Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($57,500,000.00) in accordance with and to the entities specified on Schedule 2.1 attached hereto (the “DLJ Contribution”).
