Dividend Equivalents; Voting and Other Rights. (a) The Participant shall have no rights of ownership in the shares of Stock underlying the RSUs and no right to vote the shares of Stock underlying the RSUs until the date on which the shares of Stock underlying the RSUs are issued or transferred to the Participant pursuant to Section 4 above.
