Divestiture, Sale or Transfer of Assets. Nothing in this Agreement shall be deemed to limit the Service Provider’s ability to divest, sell or otherwise transfer any of its assets necessary to provide the Transition Services; provided, that, subject to Section 1.2(ii), the Service Provider’s obligations to provide or cause to be provided the Transition Services in accordance with this Agreement for the Duration of the applicable Transition Period shall not be abrogated or affected thereby.
