Diversion Orders Clause Samples
A Diversion Orders clause authorizes the redirection of goods or shipments from their original destination to an alternative location as instructed by the party with diversion rights. In practice, this clause typically applies to contracts involving the transportation or delivery of goods, allowing flexibility if circumstances change, such as a buyer needing products delivered to a different facility or port. The core function of this clause is to provide adaptability in logistics, ensuring that parties can respond to unforeseen changes in delivery requirements without breaching the contract.
