District Technology Sample Clauses
District Technology. It is understood that District email and other technology applications are not private. The Association may designate officials who may use the District email system in accordance with District policy and procedure related to the acceptable use of technology, provided that use of the system imposes no tangible cost to the District and it does not unduly burden the District’s electronic resources. No material which is derogatory to any individual or detrimental to the best interest of the school district shall be transmitted on this system.
District Technology. The term “District Technology” shall collectively refer and relate to all District Devices (as defined below); District computer networks including servers and wireless computer networking technology (Wi-Fi); District User Accounts, (as defined below); District electronic devices such as USB drives, cameras, wireless access points (routers), District data networks, operating systems, storage, e-mail, systems, web applications, or mobile applications.
District Technology. If the District has a 1:1 device program, the Service Provider will collaborate with the District in the distribution and collection of the devices. Further, the District will then be responsible for all purchases, support, repairs, and maintenance of these devices.
