Common use of District Provided Information Clause in Contracts

District Provided Information. The DISTRICT shall provide to the CONSULTANT full information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT'S objectives, schedule, constraints and criteria. At the written request of the CONSULTANT, District shall provide CONSULTANT copies of any documents related to the PROJECT.
