District Provided Information. The DISTRICT shall provide to the CM full information regarding requirements for the PROJECT, including information regarding the DISTRICT's objectives, schedule, constraints and criteria. The DISTRICT shall provide the CM with the Project Construction Budget for review and acceptance by the CM. At the written request of the CM, District shall provide CM copies of any documents related to the Project.
