District Managers. The Employer has agreed that the work performed by the following full-time, currently in position of District Manager: • Xxxxxx Xxxxxxx, • Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, • Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx, May be contracted out by the Employer should the employee vacate the position of District Manager through normal attrition. For clarification normal attrition does not include layoff. Anything in this Amendment to the contrary notwithstanding, Licensee shall continue to be responsible, as provided in the Agreement as in effect prior to this Amendment, for its employees who were based in the Shoe Departments prior to the assumption of the Shoe Departments by Licensor, including, without limitation, responsibility for payments of wages, termination payments and severance, applicable Federal, state and local withholdings, worker's compensation insurance and other obligations incurred in the hiring, transfer and/or termination of such with all of the foregoing employees relating to the employment or termination of employment of such employees by Licensee.

  • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient. The County’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with the County, shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager and key personnel. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action.
