However, it is critical to provide increased opportunities for staff involvement in District-level decisions to ▇▇▇▇▇▇ the collegial exchange of ideas and information for the continued improvement of the educational process. Such involvement is most meaningful when incorporated as an integral part of decision making and is within the regular direction and expectation setting process at all levels.
