District Grants. The Board may commit funds annually to an in district grant program to encourage innovative practices. Applications shall be submitted to the Superintendent. The Board will establish funding priorities based on the district strategic plan. Proposals shall include the issue in the strategic plan to be addressed, proposed innovative idea/program, method or methods of evaluation, and a proposed budget.

District Grants. In the event that the District receives grant moneys intended to be used according to collaborative decisions made at the building level, the District agrees to utilize such processes in accordance with and as is intended by the grant.

The recommended amount should be based upon the District's budget and other financial considerations.

  • Subawards The Recipient shall include the substance of this clause, including this paragraph (k) in all subawards, regardless of dollar value, that are subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute or the Wage Rate Requirements (Construction) statute, and are to be performed in whole or in part in the United States.
