Distributor’s Payment Sample Clauses

Distributor’s Payment. Effective upon execution of this Amendment by the parties, in consideration of Publisher’s agreement to an extension the term of the Distribution Agreement, the Distributor shall pay to Publisher the sum of One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) by wire transfer of immediately available funds to an account designated in writing by Publisher to Distributor.
