Common use of Distributor Representations Clause in Contracts

Distributor Representations. DISTRIBUTOR represents and warrants to PUBLISHER that: (i) DISTRIBUTOR possesses full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and to fully perform its obligations hereunder; (ii) this Agreement has been executed by its duly authorized representative; and (iii) by entering into this Agreement DISTRIBUTOR will not violate any agreements with or legal obligation to any third parties.
