Distributor Notice. The Merger Agreement will require Chalone, prior to the effective time of the Merger, to give notice to its distributors with respect to the distribution of its products. Such notice shall be in the form agreed by Chalone and DBR pursuant to Section 4.10 of the Merger Agreement.
