Distributor Authorizations Clause Samples

The "Distributor Authorizations" clause defines the permissions and rights granted to a distributor by the supplier or manufacturer. Typically, this clause outlines the specific products or services the distributor is authorized to sell, the geographic regions in which they may operate, and any limitations or conditions on their authority, such as exclusivity or non-exclusivity. By clearly delineating the scope of the distributor's rights, this clause helps prevent disputes over territory, product lines, or sales channels, ensuring both parties understand the extent of the distributor's role and responsibilities.
