Distributor Acceptance Sample Clauses

Distributor Acceptance. Distributor will respond promptly to Licensor’s Notice of Initial Delivery so as not to delay the delivery process. In all cases, Distributor must accept Initial Delivery of all approved Initial Materials no later than two (2) months after receipt of Licensor’s Notice of Initial Delivery.
