Common use of Distributions to the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 25 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 25 27 (Set-off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.

Distributions to the Borrower. The Facility Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 25 31 (Set-offSet- Off)) apply any amount received by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receipt) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied. Any amount payable to the Borrower shall be credited by the Facility Agent to the Borrower as soon as reasonably practicable after receipt by the Facility Agent.

The Facility Agent may (with the consent of the Borrower or in accordance with Clause 25 (Set-off)clause 29) apply any amount received from a third party by it for the Borrower in or towards payment (on the date and in the currency and funds of receiptreceipt by the Facility Agent) of any amount due from the Borrower under the Finance Documents or in or towards purchase of any amount of any currency to be so applied.
