The Administrative Agent will forward to each Lender, promptly after the Administrative Agent’s receipt thereof, a copy of each notice or other document furnished to the Administrative Agent pursuant to this Agreement, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements received from the Borrowers’ Representative pursuant to Article 6 of this Agreement, other than any of the following:
