Common use of Distributions and rights Clause in Contracts

Distributions and rights. The Parties shall deal with any and all Distributions and rights accompanying the Posted Collateral (including voting rights) in the manner set out in the IM-Addendum or the IM-Custody Agreements, as applicable. Any transfer from the IM-Accounts under the IM- Addendum, the relevant IM-Custody Agreements or this clause 5 (Distributions and rights) shall to the extent of such transfer constitute a release of the IM-Security Interest in respect of the assets so transferred.
