Common use of Distribution Program Clause in Contracts

Distribution Program. The Commission and NIB will form a working group (including SourceAmerica) for the purpose of developing a formalized agreement for the management of the Commission’s Commercial Distribution Program. The resulting agreement developed by the parties shall be completed by December 31, 2020. The Commission will make final determination whether to accept the agreement by January 31, 2021.
