Common use of Distribution of Property Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Property. Unless the Partners otherwise agree, in the event it becomes necessary to make a Distribution of Partnership property in kind, then such property shall be transferred and conveyed to the Partners, or their assigns, so as to vest in each of them as a tenant-in-common, a percentage interest in the whole of said property equal to the percentage interest he would have received had such property not been distributed in kind.
