Common use of Distribution of Gross Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Distribution of Gross Settlement Fund. Upon further orders of the Court, the Notice and Claims Administrator, subject to such supervision and direction of the Court and/or Class Counsel as may be necessary or as circumstances may require, shall administer the claims submitted by members of the Class and shall oversee distribution of the Gross Settlement Fund, including distribution of the Net Settlement Fund to Authorized Claimants pursuant to the Distribution Plan. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and any order(s) of the Court, the Gross Settlement Fund shall be applied as follows:
