Distribution, Logistics. A. Each offeror awarded an item under this solicitation may offer their complete product and service offering/a balance of line. Describe the full line of products and services offered by supplier. B. Describe how supplier proposes to distribute the products/service nationwide. Include any states where products and services will not be offered under the Master Agreement, including U.S. Territories and Outlying Areas. C. Describe how Participating Agencies are ensured they will receive the Master Agreement pricing; include all distribution channels such as direct ordering, retail or in-store locations, through distributors, etc. Describe how Participating Agencies verify and audit pricing to ensure its compliance with the Master Agreement. D. Identify all other companies that will be involved in processing, handling or shipping the products/service to the end user. E. Provide the number, size and location of Supplier’s distribution facilities, warehouses and retail network as applicable.
