Distribution Fees and Expenses. The Distributor shall furnish, at its expense and without cost to the Fund, the services of personnel to the extent that such services are required to carry out its obligations under this Agreement. Such personnel shall consist of one or more persons, during normal business hours (7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Mountain Time), to respond to telephone questions with respect to the Distributor's responsibilities to the Fund.
