Common use of Distribution Contracts Clause in Contracts

Distribution Contracts. The Trustees may enter into contracts on behalf of the Trust or any Series or Class providing for the distribution and sale of Shares by the other party, either directly or as sales agent, on terms and conditions acceptable to the Trustees. The Trustees may adopt a plan or plans of distribution with respect to Shares of any Series or Class and enter into any related agreements, whereby the Series or Class finances directly or indirectly any activity that is primarily intended to result in sales of its Shares, subject to applicable rules and regulations.
