Common use of Distribution and Pricing Clause in Contracts

Distribution and Pricing. Section 7(b) of Amendment No. 1 to AT&T Developer License Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as follows: “The parties agree that Section 6.1.4 will not apply to the White Label Application. AT&T will have sole discretion to determine the price at which the White Label Application will be sold to End Users, unless otherwise specified in Schedule 3.”
