distribute Openwave provided Licensed Software CDs and License Packs of the Licensed Software, in Object Code only, together with the Documentation included with the Licensed Software and the Openwave End User License Agreement, directly to End Users pursuant to an End User Agreement that satisfies the requirements of Section 2.4.
