Common use of Distinguished Level Clause in Contracts

Distinguished Level. If, for a particular year, the Company’s EBITDA for the year equals or exceeds 110% of Target Company EBITDA, then Executive’s Company EBITDA Bonus shall be equal to (i) 30% times (ii) Executive’s Base Salary.
