Distinct Security. (a) All Transaction Security shall be construed as creating separate and distinct security over each relevant asset within any particular class of assets defined or referred to in this Deed. The failure to create effective security, whether arising out of any provision of this Deed or any act or omission by any person, over any one such asset shall not affect the nature or validity of the security imposed on any other such asset, whether within that same class of assets or otherwise. (b) The existence of a Restrictions Notice in respect of any Relevant Interest, or the Transaction Security or any trust created or expressed to be created under this Deed being or becoming unenforceable or failing to take effect (in each case, temporarily or otherwise) over any asset defined or referred to in this Deed, whether arising out of any provision of this Deed, any act or omission by any person or otherwise, shall not affect the nature or validity of the Transaction Security, or any such trust, imposed on any other asset defined or referred to in this Deed, whether within the same class of assets as the Relevant Interest or other relevant asset or otherwise
