Dissolution of the Initial Depositor to Terminate Trust. The dissolution of the Initial Depositor, or its ceasing to exist as a legal entity from, or for, any cause, shall operate to terminate this Agreement insofar as the duties and obligations of the Trustee are concerned unless the Trust is terminated pursuant to Section 6.2.
