Common use of Dissemination of Information Clause in Contracts

Dissemination of Information. Each Loan Party authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a “Transferee”) and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender’s possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Loan Parties, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that, each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.

Dissemination of Information. Each Loan Party authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a “Transferee”) and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender’s possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Loan PartiesBorrower and its Subsidiaries, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that, each Transferee and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreement.

Dissemination of Information. Each Loan Party authorizes each Lender to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser assignee Lender or any other Person acquiring an interest in the Loan Documents by operation of law (each a “Transferee”) and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such Lender’s possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Loan Parties, including without limitation any information contained in any ReportsCompany and its Subsidiaries; provided thatthat prior to any such disclosure, each Transferee and such prospective Transferee agrees shall agree to be bound by preserve in accordance with Section 9.11 14.2 the confidentiality of this Agreementany confidential information described therein.

Each Loan Party authorizes each Lender Bank to disclose to any Participant or Purchaser or any other Person acquiring an interest in this Agreement or any of the other Loan Documents under Section 14.9 or by operation of law (each a “Transferee”) and any prospective Transferee any and all information in such LenderBank’s possession concerning the creditworthiness of the Loan Parties, including without limitation any information contained in any Reports; provided that, each Transferee Parties and prospective Transferee agrees to be bound by Section 9.11 of this Agreementtheir respective Subsidiaries.
