Disputed Statements. If the Restaurant disagrees with the Statement, the Restaurant must notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd of its disagreement within 14 days of the delivery of the Statement to the Restaurant, setting out in detail the reasons for the disagreement. If the Restaurant fails to notify ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇ Ltd of any such disagreement within 14 days of the Statement date, the Statement shall be deemed to be accepted by the Restaurant.
