Common use of Dispute Resolution Regarding Indemnification Clause in Contracts

Dispute Resolution Regarding Indemnification. In the event that any dispute should arise among the Parties with respect to any claims under Section 5.5, the Parties shall first use their best efforts to resolve such dispute among themselves. If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days after the commencement of efforts to resolve the dispute, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Subsection 5.7 hereof.

Dispute Resolution Regarding Indemnification. In the event that any dispute should arise among the Parties with respect to any claims under this Agreement (including Section 5.5, 5.3) the Parties shall first use their best efforts to resolve such dispute among themselves. If the Parties are unable to resolve the dispute within 30 thirty (30) calendar days after the commencement of efforts to resolve the dispute, the dispute will be submitted to arbitration in accordance with Subsection 5.7 5.5 hereof.
