Dispute Resolution and Notification. 26.1.1 In the event of any dispute, claim, conflict or controversy (a Dispute) between any of the Parties arising out of, or in relation to, this Contract, including any question regarding its breach, existence, validity or termination, the Parties shall take all reasonable measures to resolve such Dispute amicably.
