Common use of Dispute Defined Clause in Contracts

Dispute Defined. As used in this Agreement, "Dispute" shall mean any dispute or disagreement between the Buyer, on the one hand, and the Company and its Shareholders, on the other hand, concerning the interpretation of this Agreement, the validity of this Agreement, any breach or alleged breach by any party under this Agreement or any other matter relating in any way to this Agreement.

Dispute Defined. As used in this Agreement, "“Dispute" ” shall mean (i) any dispute controversy, dispute, disagreement, or disagreement between claim among the BuyerParties in connection with, on the one handrelating to, and the Company and its Shareholders, on the other hand, concerning the interpretation or arising out of this Agreement, the validity of this Agreementincluding, without limitation, any issue or question regarding its existence, validity, interpretation, performance, non-performance, any breach or alleged breach by any party Party under this Agreement Agreement, or any other matter relating in any way to this Agreement, whether sounding in contract or in tort.

As used in this Agreement, "Dispute" shall mean any dispute or disagreement between the Buyer, on the one hand, and the Company and its Shareholders, on the other hand, or among two or more Members concerning the interpretation of this Agreement, the validity of this Agreement, any breach or alleged breach by any party Member under this Agreement or any other matter relating in any way to this Agreement.
