Common use of Disposition of Non-Conforming Product Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Non-Conforming Product. The ultimate disposition of non-conforming Product will be the responsibility of Manufacturer’s quality assurance department and Manufacturer’s expense, in due consultation with the Customer.

Disposition of Non-Conforming Product.
