Disposition Costs Sample Clauses
Disposition Costs. All costs incurred by the Partnership in connection with the Disposition of an interest in the Partnership (including, without limitation, the fees incurred in connection with the obtaining of the legal opinions referred to in Section 5.1(c)) shall be borne and paid by the Partner effecting the Disposition within ten (10) days after the receipt by such Partner (or such Partner’s estate or legal representative, as applicable) of the Partnership’s invoice for the amount due.
