Disposition codes provide information about the general status of the data included in a Partner's Input Files. 01 Record accepted by CMS Systems, as an “Add” or a “Change” record. SP Transactions edit; record returned with at least one edit. Specific SP (and RX) edits are described below. 50 Record still being processed by CMS. Internal CMS use only; no Partner action is required. 51 Beneficiary is not on file with CMS. Record will not be recycled. Beneficiary most likely not entitled to Medicare. Partner should reexamine Medicare beneficiary status based on information in its own files.

  • CUSIP Numbers, ISINs, etc The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers (if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided, however, that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers, either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of a redemption, that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes and that any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers. The Issuer shall advise the Trustee of any change in the CUSIP numbers, ISINs and “Common Code” numbers.

  • CUSIP/ISIN Numbers The Issuer in issuing the Notes may use CUSIP and ISIN numbers (in each case, if then generally in use) and, if so, the Trustee shall use CUSIP and ISIN numbers in notices of redemption as a convenience to Holders; provided that any such notice may state that no representation is made as to the correctness of such numbers either as printed on the Notes or as contained in any notice of redemption and that reliance may be placed only on the other identification numbers printed on the Notes, and any such redemption shall not be affected by any defect in or omission of such numbers.
