Disposal of Certain Transferred Assets or Investments. To the extent that an any existing endowment care fund transferred to the Trustee includes assets or investments that the Trustee believes are not in the best interests of the Trust, the Trustee shall dispose of such assets as soon as is practicable, but in any event prior to May 1, 2004.
