DISPLAY BOARD. The Contractor shall be responsible for displaying the details of works i.e. name of work, approximate cost, expected date of completion, name and address of the Contractor and address of Engineer on a proper steel Board of size not less than 1m x 1m.
DISPLAY BOARD. The bidder has to display a board at the site, mentioning the following:-
6.31.1 Plant Name, Capacity, Location, Type of Renewable Energy plant, Date of commissioning, details of DISCOM, Financial Assistance details from SECI/MNRE/Govt. ▇▇▇▇▇ etc. and suggested by EIC.
DISPLAY BOARD. Prior to commencement of construction or site alteration, the Prime Contractor must erect a display board not to exceed 3’ x 5’ and placed at the front of the job site identifying the Prime Contractor with contact information, name of the lot owner with the lot number, all work permits and all mandated federal and state employment documentation applicable to construction with all federal, state and local mandated health and safety documentation. No other signage, except for ‘no trespassing’, may be posted on the job site. Initials: Contractor Homeowner

The bidder has to display a board at the project site mentioning the following: Plant Name, Capacity, Location, Type of Renewable Energy plant (solar), Date of commissioning, details of tie-up with transmission and distribution companies, Power generation and Export FY wise. Financial Assistance details from HAREDA/MNRE/Any other financial institution apart from loan. This information shall not be limited to project site but also be displayed at site offices/head quarter offices of the successful bidder The size and type of board and display shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before site inspection. DANGER BOARDS: Danger boards should be provided as and where necessary as per IE Act. /IE rules as amended up to date.

A. Plant Name, Capacity, Location, and Date of commissioning, estimated Power generation.
B. Financial Assistance details from MSCL/MNRE/Any other financial institution apart from loan. This information shall not be limited to project site but also be displayed at site offices/head quarter offices of the successful bidder.
C. The size and type of board and display shall be approved by Engineer-in-charge before site inspection.
