The Dispatch Priority clause establishes the order in which resources, services, or personnel are assigned or deployed in response to a particular need or event. (b) Upon receipt of a resource order by a host dispatch center, Government Dispatchers will not hold the Contractor resources in reserve as a contingency force in a non pay status when that resource is available. .

D.6.2 RANKING OF AWARDED RESOURCES FOR DISPATCH PRIORITY. .
(a) All resources will be evaluated and agreements will be awarded in accordance with B.3. Resources on an awarded Agreement will be ranked on a dispatch priority list by Note: Agreements from this solicitation will potentially be awarded only at the following host dispatch locations by Region:
