Dispatch Operations. 17 a. CONTRACTOR shall establish a dispatch system, which shall be approved by 18 OCEMS; to provide backup dispatch services as may be necessary, for disaster incidents or other 19 circumstances that impair the operation of the primary 9-1-1 dispatch center. 20 b. CONTRACTOR shall ensure 24/7 operation of the EMS dispatch system utilizing 21 qualified personnel and supervision.
