Dispatch Note Clause Samples

A Dispatch Note clause defines the requirement for a formal document that accompanies goods when they are shipped from the seller to the buyer. This clause typically specifies the information that must be included in the dispatch note, such as details of the goods, quantities, and shipment date, and may require the seller to provide a copy to the buyer upon dispatch. Its core function is to ensure both parties have a clear and accurate record of what has been shipped, thereby reducing the risk of disputes over delivery and facilitating efficient receipt and inspection of goods.
