Common use of Dispatch Instructions Clause in Contracts

Dispatch Instructions. 3.3.1 The Service Provider shall, subject to Clause 3.4, comply with the terms of all Dispatch Instructions relating to the Contracted Services. 3.3.2 The Company shall limit the number of Dispatch Instructions to ten per Calendar Year, unless the Dispatch Instruction is issued in response to, or within 20 minutes of, a System Frequency value below the Under-Frequency Reserve Trigger or above the OFR Trigger defined in Schedule 9, except with the prior written agreement of both Parties. Where the Go-Live date or contract end date occurs within a Calendar Year, these 10 Dispatch Instructions shall be pro-rated to the proportion of the Calendar Year for which the Providing Unit is contracted to provide DS3 System Services under this Agreement.
