Common use of Dispatch Coordination Clause in Contracts

Dispatch Coordination. During the startup, testing and commissioning of the Facility, Developer shall coordinate with PacifiCorp’s Representative and PacifiCorp’s operating personnel the orderly startup and shut-down of the Facility. Ninety (90) days prior to the initial startup of the Facility, Developer shall provide to PacifiCorp a schedule of dispatch for the Facility during the commissioning period, including expected net Facility output and duration of the commissioning activities. Within thirty (30) days of the initial startup of the Facility, Developer shall provide to PacifiCorp an update to this schedule and thereafter on a weekly basis until the Substantial Completion Date is achieved. Developer shall also provide 72 hours’ advance notice to PacifiCorp of the planned Pant dispatch profile including net Facility output, and duration of the commissioning period.
